Add selected repness and consensus statements to polis.run_clustering

I started using pyright formatter, so there are lots of auto-format commits, unfortunately. But the changelog and commit logs should be pretty clear about what exactly changed.

• add repness key to PolisClusteringResult with select_representative_statements() value
• standardize arg to pick_max in select_{consensus,representative}_statements() functions
• expose pick_max and confidence args in reddwarf.implementations.polis.run_clustering()
• add print_consensus_statements() presenter for text output
• add print_selected_statements() to print all consensus/group statements from PolisClusteringResult
• update notebooks
• update website docs
• compare statement selection for some small convos
