This is a way to add a breakpoint that will be removed automatically the first time you hit it.

Shortcut:

Mouse: Alt+LeftClick in the left gutter
Mac: Cmd+Alt+Shift+F8
Windows/Linux: Ctrl+Alt+Shift+F8
