I wanted to play with a real-ish API for https://github.com/thegreenwebfoundation/grid-intensity-go instead of just following documentation of api.electricitymap.org. I could not signup on https://www.co2signal.com/, so I was not able to test if their countryCode param takes zones or not.
Right now, this is just a very basic wrapper on top of the parsers to get a very rough production gco2eq/kwh.
