Adding Cronlytic MCP server to the official list of MCP servers

Description

Adding Cronlytic MCP server to the official list of MCP servers. Cronlytic is a serverless cron job to allow for execution, scheduling Webhooks and APIs.

  • Changes to: README.md file

Motivation and Context

Add new official MCP server to the list

How Has This Been Tested?

It has been tested through unit and integration test. All testing scripts are available in test folder and test report is in the docs folder
