In order to make this easy for folks to download and use, I wanted to provide a ready to go Java binary. To use, you will need JDK 21 installed. (Available at OpenJDK or Oracle's Java download sites)
To run, simply download the JAR file and double click it to run. If you have trouble try using a command line and run:
java -jar
