Initial public release of aws-do-ray project
Main features:
- setup-dependencies.sh - deploy kuberay operator and setup fsx pvc with one command
- raycluster - create and manage ray clusters on eks, run example jobs
- rayjob - run ray job against ephemeral ray cluster
- rayservice - model serving examples and unit tests
- aliases - shorthand for many typical commands
