You should find here all the information, tips and steps for anything you're looking for customizing uLaunch.

Themes consist on *.ultheme files that must be placed in sd:/ulaunch/themes

(or perhaps *.zip for v1.1.0 or older)

Themes don't have to be completely manually edited: uLaunch provides uDesigner, an experimental web theme viewer/editor, so that the remaining work is to provide images, BGM, sound effects and piece it together in this editor

Note that uDesigner is experimental and somewhat limited, so it's better to use it as a simple theme previewer or to fine-tune minor details!
