Description
Compiling CBLAS with
-Wall -Wcast-qualproduces a set of warnings, which point to portions of code that discard theconstqualifier in CBLAS. This avoids using of-Werrorin an even more hardened build environment. The patch removes these warning for CBLAS.Checklist
