Run ProteinCoverageSummarizer_Installer.exe to install the Protein Coverage Summarizer
Use shortcut "PAST Toolkit, Protein Coverage Summarizer" to start the program, or navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\ProteinCoverageSummarizer and double click ProteinCoverageSummarizerGUI.exe
PeptideToProteinMapper.zip has a console application for mapping peptides to proteins.
