I've updated the
READMEto better reflect the first-time installation, since I've encountered some issue when setting it up on my local machine. I've also made some generalisation in the.gitignorefile, so that some files are ignored across the whole directory/repository. Finally, I've removed a couple of legacy lines from thestatus_app.py(as suggested by @aanil).
