This is a portable version of Flutter 3.29.3 for Windows. It includes all necessary components to start developing Flutter applications immediately, without needing a full system-wide installation.
When running:
flutter doctor

To develop Windows desktop apps, you must install:

- During installation, select these components:

- Extract the

- To uninstall, run:

- A password prompt will appear when opening the EXE files.
