Check Super Gluu lincse in 3.1.3

This fix can be installed into CE 3.1.3. Here is deployment procedure:

1. Add new properties to super_gluu authN script:

license_file = /etc/certs/super_gluu_license.json

2. Deploy updated script from 3.1.4.
3. Create /etc/certs/super_gluu_license.json license file.
4. Downlaod into /opt/gluu/jetty/oxauth/custom/libs next files:

• http://ox.gluu.org/maven/org/xdi/oxlicense-client/3.2.0-SNAPSHOT/oxlicense-client-3.2.0-SNAPSHOT.jar
• http://ox.gluu.org/maven/org/xdi/oxlicense-validator/3.2.0-SNAPSHOT/oxlicense-validator-3.2.0-SNAPSHOT.jar
• http://ox.gluu.org/maven/net/nicholaswilliams/java/licensing/licensing-core/1.1.0/licensing-core-1.1.0.jar

5. Restart oxAuth service.
