refactor: add a new verified property token to PropChain adapter

Summary
This PR updates the PropChain adapter to include a new verified property-backed token on Polygon, improving TVL accuracy.

Changes:

• New token added: Included the token at 0x580997c88896FE561D90a5Dd5886211E972026E4 in the PROPERTY_TOKENS array. This token represents a verified real estate asset, and its supply is now accounted for in the TVL.

Impact:

• Adds ~$26.1M to TVL based on the new property token's valuation.
• Proof attached in comments below.

Counting as TVL should be only the amount exchanged by the users.
Not the total supply of the assets
