Description

Edited the existing topic entry on Sklearn.

@Sriparno08 does the concept file needs to be this large too?

Hey @dakshdeepHERE, this file was initially short, but it was included in the list of optimizations. So, I made sure it includes enough content for a beginner to get a fair idea about Sklearn.
