Readme links can be incorrect if CI workflow fails after merge to master #41

The links in the readme which refer to the ARM templates are fully qualified URLs. The links are updated as part of the CI workflow to point to the branch which the the workflow was triggered from. Since the links are not updated to point to master branch until after the merge to master, there is a possibility that these links will be incorrect if the workflow fails for any reason.
