chore: create SVI example to live on the DSSG webpage

How would you all feel if I created an SVI example and put it on my github so that you could have it as an example on the DSSG website, at least until the Water Reuse one is complete? Alternatively, anyone else could do the same thing and link to theirs on the DSSG website. @npovejsil
