Please add the capability to allow multiple email support so we can assign all the maintenance job failures to DBA email team and other job failures to their respective stake holders.

There isn't a good workaround for this at the moment. If different teams look after different servers you can set a Tag on the notification channel schedule so each team gets the notifications for the instances that they are responsible for.

For agent job alert rule, you can filter the alerts by category so that the alert only triggers for the specified category. You can't target that rule to a particular notification channel though. A channel is notified based on the schedule properties which include tag, priority & time/day based filtering.

Maybe there needs to be an option on the alert rule to allow it to target a specific notification channel. Or maybe the concept of a notification channel group to assign the rule to.
