Moved to terraform-compliance organisation

Hi all,

terraform-compliance was a one-man initiation from the beginning. Now with the help of @Kudbettin we are moving faster, although there are lots of features/capabilities to be introduced.

Hence, instead of having the repository in eerkunt/terraform-compliance, and keep the tool as just one cli tool, we moved it under terraform-compliance organisation with some additional features like ;

• A github action for terraform-compliance
• User Friendly Features repository where we have pre-baked scenarios within

We would like to extend our capabilities with providing new features and services while growing our pre-baked user-friendly-features steadily.
