For viewports over 1200 pixels, we're suggesting the following:

H1 - 2.25 rem 32/38 px (font size/line-height) Semi Bold (600)
H2 - 1.75 rem 28/32 px Semi Bold (600)
H3 - 1.5 rem 24/auto px Semi Bold (600)
H4 - 1.25 rem 20/auto px Semi Bold (600)
H5 - 1 rem 16/auto px Semi Bold (600)
H6 - .9 rem 14/auto px Semi Bold (600) - all caps
dt - 1 rem 16/auto px Semi Bold (600)
dd - 1 rem 16/auto px Regular (400)
paragraph - 1 rem 16/auto px Regular (400)
xs - .9 rem 14/auto px Regular (400)
xl - 1.25 rem 20/auto px Regular (400)
Sidebar H2 = H4 20/auto Semi Bold (600)

This adds basic styles for headers, paragraphs, and definition
lists.

Updates most styles to only apply to XL breakpoint, since
below that they are responsive.
