New approach to origins

1. All rail stations
2. All OSM Towns not within x metres of existing origins
3. All OSM Suburbs and Villages not within y metres of existing origins

Should improve coverage while keep the matrix manageable.

Current origins file has 760 origins or so, and the TTM is about 400KB, and about 42KB after compression.
