JC8048W550 16MB memory issue

Hi,
I bought this display Link with 16MB Flash.

I use env :

[platformio]
default_envs = esp32-8048S550C

But i have problem :

Linking .pio\build\esp32-8048S550C\firmware.elf

Checking size .pio\build\esp32-8048S550C\firmware.elf

Error: The program size (6853741 bytes) is greater than maximum allowed (6553600 bytes)
RAM: [=== ] 30.8% (used 101068 bytes from 327680 bytes)

======] 104.6% (used 6853741 bytes from 6553600 bytes)

If this display have 16MB flash, why when check this have only 6,5MB Flash ?
