Dialog not being chucked together

Describe the bug
Dialog which is wrapped in Single or double quotas should be chunked/parsed together.
As it sound off and breaks context for AI.

Environment info:

• OpenReader-WebUI version: 0.3

I don't detect which text is dialog or not.

But I could try to change the current page text splitting to intelligently not split at quotes.

But this would be part of a complete rework to get it to work across different pages, which I'm planning eventually.

@richardr1126, do you have an idea (or simple bullet list) of how you see this rework? I'm working on some features, too, and it would be good to know if they'll be useless in the new architecture. Thank you 1000x for the work by the way!
