Is there a reason for this document to be in python(.py) instead of a notebook (.ipynb)? Then, it would have been easier to display the equations in markdown using the same LaTex notation.
This problem still exists. It's due to a combination of two things: some of the docstrings in the code used incorrect syntax for math, and the workflow that generates the OpenFermion pages on quantumai.google is currently not working. I recently fixed a number of the docstring issues, but tThe latter still persists. Due to the fact that the workflow is in our internal infrastructure, this is unfortunately not something that can be addressed by external contributors. So, I'm going to assign it to myself.
In the documentation for the openfermion.hamiltonians.FermiHubbardModel, none of the LaTeX is rendering in the descriptive comments.
