EPS test failure on arch

You may have noticed that Tests/test_file_eps.py::test_1 is currently failing on arch - https://github.com/python-pillow/docker-images/actions/runs/15409133995/job/43357474596

It is currently using arch's ghostscript-10.05.1-2 package.
I last saw it working with arch's ghostscript-10.05.0-3 package.

I've reported it at https://gitlab.archlinux.org/archlinux/packaging/packages/ghostscript/-/issues/3, and they have confirmed that there is a problem.
