Recommended equivalent to rstudioapi, especially the rstudioapi::getSourceEditorContext() function?

When working in RStudio, I make use of the rstudioapi package. It is very handy! It particular, I use rstudioapi::getSourceEditorContext()$path to identify the path to the currently open file.

How should I tackle similar problems with positron?

Large parts of rstudioapi are already working in Positron and your example already works for me:

> rstudioapi::getSourceEditorContext()$path
[1] "/Users/jenny/rrr/readxl/src/utils.h"

Thanks! And apologies for not even testing this. I just assumed that all my favorite rstudioapi magic would not work in Positron . . .

And, by the way, thanks for doing so much cool stuff to make the lives of teachers easier!
