If the emails appear in your EmailJS logs but aren’t reaching your inbox, please check that the “To email” field in your template is set correctly. |

The emails from customers are not being sent to the default email in my service. I saw there was an outage recently, and assumed this was the reason. I've retested from my website's contact form, and I still am not receiving the emails. They are showing up in the JS logs in my account, just not being sent to my default address as expected.
