Support of crate 5.x / 6.x

do you guys know whether QL supports crate 5.x and/or is it planned to support it and crate 6.x in the near future?

Hey, just did some tests. Apparently, 5.x is already supported. Yet, crate 6 is about to be launched soon, I believe. So this part of the question remains :)

Apparently, 5.x is already supported.

I tried running the translator tests w/ Crate 5 in 2023, but some tests failed on my laptop---it could've been an Apple Silicon issue though or something related to the specific Crate version I used, I didn't have time to look into it.

So officially at the moment we only support:

• Crate 4.2.7 up to 4.6.7

Which Crate 5 version did you test with? If that worked for you, we could try updating the Circle CI tests:

and see what happens :-)

crate 6 is about to be launched soon

we have no plans to support Crate 6 at the moment...

All right, thanks for the update - there are already nightly builds for crate 6.
