Makefile is the part of the build system for this repository, as we know.
When I want to run tests, I have encountered an issue where even after modifying the .at file and running make, the file does not get updated.
On the other hand, in Makefile.am of Open COBOL ESQL 4J, build dependencies are explicitly written.
How about improve their Makefile file(s) like Open COBOL ESQL 4J.
