Running list of changes for v3 of the cf-cli-resource

Use logger.sh in spec_helper.sh (?)
Track the known .source config options and then warn/error if using unknown config options
Track the known .params config options and then warn/error if using unknown config options
use only cf8?
use only cf api v3
remove all deprecations
