Environment info

NooBaa Version: 4.19
Platform: NC

Actual behavior

As for today, we don't build a docker image with NooBaa RPM and its dependencies.
Having a docker image built manually and every night based on RHEL that contains NooBaa RPM and its dependencies can help development, testing and other initiatives on Linux containers.

Expected behavior

Implement a manual and nightly docker image build based on RHEL that contains NooBaa RPM and its dependencies
