Node shows up in macOS 26 developer beta task bar.

Unfortunately MacOS 26 beta, has the issue of node being in the task bar and unfortunately there is nothing you can fix for it because apple has some specific flags to enable macOS to be verbose.

and from my testing this is all package managers that use node under the hood so anything that uses nodejs is affected.

I will keep this open in case of there is any fixes or solutions but this is a clear node issue.

I have the same issue, and it overheats my Mac, Im using a Macbook Pro M4... I dunno maybe the OS ran more background apps or didnt close those app that I have. But the more pressing thing for me right now is the Node.js app showing up on the taskbar whenever I use my cursor or Claude cos of its MCPs.

I hope Apple fixes this bug in the next few days or week... Otherwise, I'll go back to MacOS Sonoma. T_T
