[v0.18.2-Beta] Firefox new window focuses desktop with firefox not the current desktop

Steps to reproduce:

1. Set firefox to open all links as new windows
2. open firefox in workspace 2
3. open slack in workplace 1
4. open link in slack

Expected result: opens firefox window in workplace 1
Actual result: opens firefox window in workplace 2

this happens 90% of the time, whereas in aerospace 0.17.2 this never happened
