Hi,
first, thanks for the great pipeline!
I noticed when using the detaxizer that ISOLATE_BBDUK_IDS often kills my pipeline run due to memory issues.
For me, this indicates that the "process_single" is not sufficient for this module.
Can we maybe make this a "process_medium" or even "process_high"?
