output directory "6-masks" contains subdirectory "5-toas"

This output directory contains a subdirectory "5-toas" that is confusing and doe snot match the format of the other directories where the files are at same level.

ex:
[mfrost2@adaptlogin201 7-ccdc]$ cd /explore/nobackup/projects/ilab/ILTK-testing-output/218/6-masks/
[mfrost2@adaptlogin201 6-masks]$ ls
5-toas

[mfrost2@adaptlogin201 6-masks]$ cd ../7-ccdc/
[mfrost2@adaptlogin201 7-ccdc]$ ls
