Add `useAnimationFrame` hook?

The project that I am working on has a nice useAnimationFrame hook that has proven very useful. I do not see it here. Would this be something that deserves to be included? It takes a callback and returns a start and a stop function.

Sounds similar to #10, but instead of an interval, it uses requestAnimationFrame.
Sounds good to to have as well, yes :)
