Mapping of modm

Hey guys, can you tell me how you did the mapping of the nucleoF439zi?
I want to generate some Code, therefore i made a map from the nucleoF439zi manual with all GPIO, Timer- and ADC-Functions. My code checks this map and use unused Pins in my main.cpp. But i got 2 Issues during testing:

1. Why can't i use Timer 9? (Error: 'Timer9' is not a member of 'Board::SystemClock')
2. When i want to use ChXn Channel to get a 50/50 PWM signal, I get this errors:

I also don't really understand the differnece between the CN7-CN10 and CN11/12 connectors. Has a GPIO on both connectors the same functions, or is there some internal wiring, which limits the functions of the GPIO.

Manually, by copying the relevant data out of the User Manuals.
Unfortunately there's no machine-readable dataset available for pinout mapping of their boards, only the PDFs. I'm (slowly) working on modm-data to parse such information out of the PDFs (see also) .

The function here contains the generated list of signals that can be connected to. Seems to be correctly generated, should return 3.

The generated GPIO data also looks fine:

You can use the manual method as a workaround:

configureOutputChannel(uint32_t channel, OutputCompareMode mode, Value compareValue, PinState out = PinState::Enable);

Yes, the GPIOs are shared between both connector types.

What ist BSP and what PR?

The User Manual from the STM32f439zi, or the manual form the stm-nucleo-144?
I don't really know why they are different with adc and Timer Funktions, because they both have the same Chip. Can you tell me how the cut off funktions with the board design?
