[DLRM] License link

https://ailab.criteo.com/ressources/criteo-1tb-click-logs-dataset-for-mlperf/ is the license for DLRM. can we put this link in both training and inference so it's easily findable?

We never moved the DLRM code over to the mlcommons repo. Instead, we point to a specific git hash at the moment, which is not very clean and also means we can't update with this license link, for example. In an ideal world, we would clean this up, but given we're about to replace DLRM this round, I vote for just skipping this. Are you ok with that, @TheKanter ?
