I wonder there is no support by jetbrain and the other...

I wonder there is no support by jetbrain and the other...
JetBrains actively been trying to make it hard for any tool to use Kotlin unless they make it. They cover why in https://discuss.kotlinlang.org/t/any-plan-for-supporting-language-server-protocol/2471/40
