Global hash mode support

It would be nice if there is a configuration for global hash mode, so all navigation is done with hash without explicitly prepend # to every path string.

Ah I see what you're saying!

Right now, when router instance(s) are instantiated, I determine whether or not a hash exists when navigating..

So if you are at a default path, or even want to turn it on or off programatically, I'd need to surface a mechanism for ya to ping.

I'll make sure we get something implemented and hook ya up in the next few days!

@SalaryTheft I was trying to fix this myself, but i have realized that many configs for hash needs to use window.location.origin and it works when you have domain/#/hash
but if you are using domain/mainHtml.html/#/hash is hard to not mess up with the basePath (mainHtml.html) and keep the app working

If configured based path properly, Nestead routers does not need # in every path. So for now i t can be hacked in that way that you create one router just with the # and then one nestead router where you do not have to use # anymore.

You basically want to hash between routers right?

I currently require that the hash is at the beginning like:

1. https://demo.router.svelte.spa/#/nested/level-1/level-2/level-3

So, you want to do any of this:

1. https://demo.router.svelte.spa/nested/#/level-1/level-2/level-3
2. https://demo.router.svelte.spa/nested/level-1/#/level-2/level-3
3. https://demo.router.svelte.spa/nested/level-1/level-2/#/level-3

This will take a bit more effort than my initial (wrong) assessment.. I'll get it on the project board and will get to it when I can. You're welcome to help 🤙 if it's a blocker.
