In trying to merge another PR, I've run into an issue where the windows-latest workflow isn't working because of how we're using jsonobj. I have disabled the workflow for now but this needs to be a high priority to get this re-enabled so we can make sure we have it working on windows. I think this may be related to our outdated tool chain in #163 .
