Add MongoDB as a store (BaseStore)

Hi,
It doesnt seems to be a helper to use MongoDB as a store for workflow.compile({store})
Only the Memory one seems available.
It would be ideal if we could have a 'off the shelf' implementation of the connector,

I will also be happy with a PostgresStore, which seems to exist in the Python version
