[Feature Request] llms.txt

Hi, I'd like to submit a feature request for an llms.txt file. This is a new standard that LangChain, LangGraph, and many other libraries are adopting to standardize documentation and provide it in a easy to use format for coding tools like Cursor, Windsurf, etc. This would make it easier for developers to build using langchain-aws.
