Color picker hue problems

Hello, thanks for this library! It's been really helpful. I'm noticing a problem with the Color component's expansion, where the hue slider and selection square are shown. When a white/black color is selected, the hue slider is locked at red; moreover, when a different color like green is selected and you switch back to white, the hue is lost and reset to red. I think this is specific to this library; I don't see it happening on Tweakpane's docs. Thanks!

I'll take a look at this. The forced-refresh is there due to another issue involving multiple instances of the <Color> component failing to react to value changes, but there might be a better way to solve this. (You probably saw the TODO in the comment in Color.svelte. 😅)

If this is creating big issues for you right now, you can try the <ColorPlus> component in the v1.6.0 preview release, which doesn't have this issue and supports many more color formats. (npm i svelte-tweakpane-ui@1.6.0-preview.1)

Sounds good. <ColorPlus> is amazing, thanks for solving my problem before I even had it! Lol
