Core contact form module

Would it be possible to get a new feature for a joomla core module as a contact form.
I dont know if the would be possible. But i could use this on a few sites to integrate a contact form with a module into a blog post.

There are some other form builders or modules out for this. But a core module for that would be very good because it would offer a state of the art joomla code, would be fast, adaptable and could be added with other captchas (for some reasons a few captcha just work with the core contact page but if you need a module in a page there is no chance to use this captcha). Thats why a core module for this would be so great.
