As per #158 please do not use this library as it is obsolete. Several upstream packages rely on this repo when it is no longer maintained and DOES NOT HAVE py3k compatibility.

This issue has been posted here as it is currently the only way to put up a banner until @urbanairship can find someone who has access. In the meantime @joestump @markunsworth and myself are working together to deliberate on the next best course of action for the PyPi repo holding this package.
