tasks doesn't work from a pypi install

If you install from pip:

```
pip install betfair.py
```

As in the instructions and then issue a:

```
invoke ssl
```

You get the error:

```
Can't find any collection named 'tasks'!
```

In order for tasks to work you have to clone the repository but that sort of negates the point of publishing on pypi.
