PHP 8.4 compatible

Hi there,

We're using your password-history package for Laravel, which requires this one.
We want to upgrade to PHP 8.4, but this package is holding us back ;-)

imanghafoori1/laravel-password-history#26

I think this should not be a big deal to upgrade?
