Integration between HA 2025.3.4 and 4.0.0 is broken

Upon updating to 4.0.0, the Zwave device are no longer available in Lovelace. Rolling back to 3.17 fixed the issue. OS is 15.0 on a RPI 4. Supervisor is 2025.3.3.

I just had the same thing happen to me.

HA versions:

• Core: 2025.3.4
• Supervisor: 2025.03.3
• Operating System:15.0
• Frontend: 20250306.0

I upgraded Z-Wave JS UI from 3.24.0 to 4.0.0, and all (or nearly all?) of my Z-Wave devices became "state: Unknown".
I tried restarting the integration, and restarting HA, but it did not help.

Rolling back to 3.24.0 fixed it right away.
