64K byte tokenized BASIC starting at offset 0 (instead of 0x8000)

A kludged version of the tokenize program was used to create this.
Normally m100-tokenize aborts if the program requires more than 32K
bytes.

This program is not expected to actually run on any actual hardware.
It is merely a test to see what happens in extreme conditions.
