Results:

• Make the wg publicly visible and accessible for questions and contributions
• Build community trust in community wg, initiatives and the Foundation
• Build awareness of wg initiatives
• Lower the barrier for community members to join or engage with the wg
• Grow the wg and the larger community

Methods and process will be investigated and proposed by the pilot team.

Constraints:

• The Monthly wg Meeting is designed to be high level consensus and status updates from initiatives
• The Meeting will continue to be conducted in Zoom and streamed to other platforms
• Define methods and timeframe for collecting metrics/feedback

Excited for this!

Just a short note, even though I'm in favor of that proposal, I never offered to champion this and I can't be a champion as I won't have time to spend on this.
Also, the current policy of the working groups is that there is always a single champion per initiative.
That doesn't mean they need to do the work, but that there is a single point of contact.

I'm curious; how is that different other than a delay for someone to volunteer? Everyone goes on vacation or has interruptions to their availability.
